RETURNS & CANCELLATION
All returns must be authorized in advance. To obtain authorization, contact customer service. Goods returned without authorization will be shipped back at the customer’s expense and will not be credited.
Upon receipt and verification of the return, OOHVIBES will credit the value of the return towards future orders. All items returned to OOHVIBES must arrive in original condition, in their original packaging, with no pricing stickers, holes, or other alterations, or the return will be rejected. Merchandise approved for returns must be delivered to OOHVIBES within 30 days of approval or the return authorization will be voided.
To return defective items, follow the following steps:
Step 1.
Please print out your order confirmation receipt for the purchased items to want to return.
Step 2.
Register your return by email to the customer service department who will provide you with a returns form.
Step 3.
Send your return, including the return purchase form, to the following address:

Please note: Defects and damage caused by excessively or forcefully bending or stretching, or obstruction of the mechanical movement of the product, are not accepted by OOHVIBES. We do not accept returned items if someone simply changes their mind on the product due to the nature of products sold. All returns must be returned in the original packaging as provided when purchased from OOHVIBES.
We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason, including but not limited to a poor fit with PRODUCT brand image, failure to pay after repeated attempts to contact the customer.
